If Odyssey Villains Were charged for their Crimes

There have been many bad guys in AIO over the years, but rarely do we hear what happens to them after they are arrested. Having watched a few "if villains were charged for their crimes" videos, I looked to see if there was one for odyssey. I couldn't find one so I thought I'd make one. With new bad guys introduced and reappearing each year the list grows longer, but the question remains, what would they be charged with, and what does that mean in terms of jail time, fines, etc? I know laws and sentences vary from state to state, but since we know where Odyssey is somewhere in the Midwest, we can use their laws as a guide.
