First off it's spelled Horton, and second I love Liz. She started out snobby, but she played it well. Then as her character developed she was less snobby, and more of a good friend to Mandy. She was especially good in the whole Straussberg saga. Overall she's one of my favorite kid characters. Also her voice is one of the most unique voices, as far as kid characters go.

As Wakko said, she made an excellent snob. Snottiness isn't everyone's brand of humor, but at least she was witty while being cruel. Even back then, she was this hilariously delightful girl that just needed to accept who she truly was. Still, most love her more as the more familiar Liz. But even once she became nice, she remained, "the Mozart of chewing people out."

Yeah, Liz is a perfect example of how to develop a character without making them do a complete 180 in terms of their personality. She lost her cruelty and penchant for malicious and catty behavior, but both "versions" of Liz have great leadership skills, pride, snarkiness, honesty, vanity, and (yes, even taking "You Win Some, You Lose Some" into account) empathy. She's a well-rounded character in her own right, and she's definitely one of my favorites.

I know! She was such a brat until she started hanging out with Mandy and then she turned good.
