I own the album version.....Let's just say even now I usually stop the CD before it gets to that episode. I don't really have nightmares anymore, but I still don't play scary episodes. A lot anyways.
You see, Odyssey puts me to sleep. I listen to it while I"m sleeping, instead of before. It's unusual, but I've done it for years.
The Power also kinda freaks me out. And the Hindsight, a bit. But I don't really care about Hindsight anymore, and I listen to My Girl Hallie sometimes.

Definitely Exit. The first time I listened to it, I made the mistake of listening to it before bed and was totally freaked out.

I had a nightmare almost every night when I was 3-4. However, since then, besides the occasional mysterious dream, I haven't had a nightmare.
Anyway, I haven't ever had an AiO nightmare, but I definitely have a vivid enough imagination to be frightened by a well put together episode.

These were creepy to me when I was younger. Some still make me shiver:

The Search for Whit (When the guy's voice is weird when talking to Benjamin)
Parts of the Mysterious Stranger (end)
The Secret Room
some of the Twilife Zones
etc. that I can't think of at the moment
