Yes, in fact just last week I was visiting a friend and the people they live with knew me as the Doxacon guy when I was introduced.

My favorite superhero right now is Supergirl in the CBS show, she has such depth as a character and in her relationships with others.
My favorite superhero movie currently is Iron Man 3, it contains a wonderful redemptive arc and handles the issue of PTSD in a realistic and sensitive way.
