A poem completely inspired by The Labyrinth...and to be honest I literally wrote this at about two in the morning.

One is the coffins he knows he can't touch
Two is for the battle of which he's had enough
Three is because they don't know what he's done

Lies and deceit, blood falling at his feet
Pushing the line one step at a time
A small compromise, it meant nothing
Not until his nightmares woke him up screaming
An endless aching
The memories pushed him to shaking
Stay awake
Stay in pain
Don't give up, his father said.

One is for his shaming mistakes
Two is for the earth that quakes
Three is because he went too far

Plastered smile, weary eyes
Keeping his tone smooth, little white lies
He's okay
You asked before
Though he has his heart in his throat
Walking out didn't end the war
It still lives inside him

Aye, I didn't think it was that good.
Thank you TigerShadow, it means a lot when people are pleased with my art, especially when I think it to be mediocre at best.

Ah your works have much potential.
Your sketches are awesome! I can't draw people for anything.
Your poem...Tiger said it best.

These are all very good, GJFH! I am terrible at writing poems, and I can't draw any living being, but you are very good.....

This one is about Eugene, it begins with the episode "Connie" references "The Mortal Coil" and ends when he accepts Christ as his saviour in "The Time Has Come." I still feel like it isn't my best work though.

His world remained of black and white
Built on logic lent from others
Polished glass was his cover
His life was routine
In the open he couldn't even hide
Surrounded himself with facts he theorized
Built a wall and stayed inside

He defined things
Numbers did his bidding

Then through a door he walked
Amused by the strangers
Their beliefs and how they talked
His defences fell slowly
Perhaps without him noticing

Faith negated his thoughts
His pride wavered
Death arrived and nearly stole
What he had resented before
Thrown into an abyss
It was an eternity he missed
No shelter he found while alone

He couldn't control
Chaos in his mind

Then missing his dependence
His world shattered finally
To fix it
He'd have to start again
Only grace would set him free
