The Kidsboro series originally didn't have the AIO branding until they were made into an ominbook. The second version of the Passages books didn't have much either.

But they still make the single copies.

I just have the one. I tried to buy them from eBay once, but I didn't get an email notification that I'd won them and so I didn't send the payment and didn't get the books and the seller left me my only bad review.
And being traumatized by the whole experience, I didn't try again.
