In order? Hmm...that's tough. Personally, mine rank thusly:
1. Blackgaard
2. Novacom
3. Leonard Meltsner
4. GRC
To be honest, though, I think that each one of these sagas has a different kind of story for a different era, and that's awesome. It all depends on what you like to listen to, not so much that any of these sagas was poorly done.
I see Blackgaard as a very classic, almost Hero's Journey-like tale of good vs. evil, with traditionally "good" and "evil" villainy and exciting spiritual and emotional journeys throughout each battle. Novacom was very subtle, intense, and plot-driven, with a lot of episodes full of Chekhov's Guns. The search for Leonard Meltsner was very emotionally intense; there were a lot of hurdles to jump over for Eugene and Leonard—the saga comes across to me as a very modern story, for reasons that even I can't explain. The GRC was tightly woven and compacted, but wasn't quite as heavy as Novacom, Blackgaard, or the search for Leonard, which made it a bit easier, emotionally speaking, to listen to all in one whack. All in all, they're different types of story for a different type of listener/listening experience, and I really don't think one is altogether "better" than the other.
