I actually am not old... my first album that I listened to was 50. I just prefer the older episode.

We are actually debating Wooton....

I love Wooten! Who doesn't? He is pretty goofy sometimes, but hey! Overall, he's a great character! Who else likes to build automatic croissant stacker? (Stars in our eyes episode.) I wish his dog Sam would come into the audio shows.

My favorite Wooten episodes:
Find a Penny (Parts 1 & 2 in the album "Up in the Air")
Stars in our eyes (From "Along for the ride")
Welcoming Wooten (From "Danger Signals")
The Ties that bind Saga
The Green Ring Conspiracy Saga
And basically every other Wooten show! I can't remember/think of them all, but those are ones that I could think of that I really like!

Couple things: First of all, GUYS WE HAVE A NEW LIL SODA SHOP MEMBER! Welcome young grasshopper. May your days here be truly magical and may you make many good memories. Secondly, it's spelled Wooton. (Don't worry, everyone makes the same mistake) Third of all, when Wooton is ridiculous, it's not because he usues humour to relieve stress or lighten the mood.(The Toy) Humour is also a way to make up for his painful childhood, and probably some depression.(Out of the Picture) Btw, is this fannon yet? The misconception that Wooton is goofy to mearly be comic relief or because he's unintelligent is the main reason a few fans dislike him.
All that aside, great list! I didn't like Find a Penny (I know, a lot of people did) because well- it was sorta badly written. The overall plot was fine, but the dialogue for Wooton and Penny was inaccurate and didn't highlight the differences in their characters enough. The acting wasn't really amazing either.

Hmm... I liked "Find a Penny". Penny and Wooten are a lot alike. I like Penny a lot too. (Oh, and you are Penny!) I mean, if you hear shows with Penny, they are different, and yet a lot alike. I don't know about bad acting, but I do think that the show's story was a bit odd. I heard the podcast. The story for the show all came up in a meeting when someone asked, "What if Wooton came back and had lost his memory?" Or something like that. I only heard the podcast for it once.

Anyway, it's nice to meet you Penny!

Find a Penny didn't deserve the Best Episode award, that should've gone to Out of the Picture.

Out of the Pictur eras better written, better acted, and used Wooton in possibly one of the greatest uses of his character after Album 50.

Penny: What's Wooton short for?
Wooton: Wootonberry.
Connie: Your kidding.
Wooton: Yes! It's adapted from an old English dirigible! Or a balaclava, I can't remember which.

Also, there's this one:

Connie Kendall: Oh, I get it. You wanna talk about Penny.
Wooton Bassett: Uh...Penny?
Connie Kendall: Yeah, right. You're smitten, aren't you?
Wooton Bassett: Uh, uh...smitten. Isn't that some sort of fuzzy glove-ware?
Connie Kendall: I can see it in your eyes, Wooton. You've already got the symptoms. I bet you had a hard time falling asleep last night 'cause you were thinking about her. You didn't have breakfast this morning because for some reason you lost your appetite. You've been talking about her even to total strangers. You can't concentrate on anything. You're anxious that she doesn't feel the same way you do. And finally, you delivered the mail early because you want me to find out if she feels the same way as you.
Wooton Bassett: That's amazing, Connie, That's uncanny! It's like you're living in a refrigerator box in an invisible part of my mind! Which is really sort of creepy when you think about it.

The Green RIng Conspiracy is where it ALL started for Odyssey's Cutest Couple!
