He was selling tickets to Tom Riley's funeral, and the townspeople were so offended they arrested him. One townsperson, Harold Franscisimo, manager of the Electric Palace after Bart was arrested, found Bart's list of all his scams, and turned it into the state police. Bart was put on trial, found guilty, and sentenced to 35 years in the Grandin State Penitentiary.

Thanks Old Judge. I only started listening a few years ago and have only heard episodes that have been aired on the radio since I started listening.

Rodney was a good character, but I think Jay has more promise for developing. Now don't think I don't like Rodney, I do, but while characters like Jimmy was once bullied by Rodney, and now he's grown up and is a writer, and Rodney's in Odyssey bullying Grady McKay, a whole generation later, that, alongside Connie's voice, is the worst flaw of Odyssey Time.
