This topic is not meant to point fingers at anyone who uses these overused words, I do too.

That being said, are there any words or phrases that make you shiver, or annoy (see, there's one right there) you?

I got annoyed when the most used word where I live was "beast." Everyone kept saying it over and over and it just...just...BUGGED!!! I'm cool, I'm cool. (sighs)

I don't like the word "dude" but I can't think of any others right now.

I don't like it when people say "Sweet" over just about anything...oh, and "Get 'er done" is annoying.

In our house saying "Oh my...." (you should know what goes there) is a form of swearing.

I hear Oh My ... and What the ---- a lot, but even smaller words like oh my gosh or what the heck drive me crazy. I think of them as bad words so I don't use them

It kind of gets on my nerves when people say, "Oh, snap!"

I hate the terms,"Like a boss." Also,"swag" is annoying.

Personally, 'legit' and 'so,...yeah' bother me. Also, filler words do too, but I use them without thinking occasionally, so I'm guilty as well.

really??? I don't use the word 'legit', but I love when other people use it! to me its an attractive word (: but yes it can be over-used sometimes

I don't like the word 'shmuck'... that is a very very common word where I live...):

What bugs me, though I do say it, is 'you know'... I know everyone says it, but for some reason it bugs me! When people say it, I feel like saying "No, I don't know, please explain it to me!" Of course I don't actually say that, but I think it some times!!! lol

It drives me insane when a person uses "like" after every other word. I know some girls that do that, and it drives me crazy!!

What's with "blackandyellow" over and over again?!?!?! That bugs me like nothing else!

I hate the word dude, but it drives me nuts when people draw it out like:
" Duuuuddddddddde!"
