Saturday, November 30, 2002     Live At the 25

Do you remember the month of July when Focus on the Family held their third official live recording of Adventures in Odyssey? Well, the episode "Live At the 25" is finally airing today, and boy is it a blast! If you missed the episode on your radio it's still not too late because you can still listen all you want over at Oneplace. The show contains a remix (if you can call it that) of "Over the Airwaves" as well as another edition of "Candid Conversations with Connie." Don't miss it!

Friday, November 29, 2002     Happy Thanksgiving!

Well, the start of the holiday season is here and I hope you had a very happy Thanksgiving! I hope you didn't forget the real reason of Thanksgiving: being grateful for what God has given us. I also hope you didn't gain too many extra pounds yesterday! Instead of setting aside one day each year for Thanksgiving, why don't we consider thanking God each day for what He's done, who He is, and for saving us from our sins and providing a way to Heaven?

Monday, November 25, 2002     A Death in the Family

Sadly, life has to come to end and the families of those who die go through a big change... Recently, on November 23, 2002 (Saturday night), Parley Baer, the voice of Connie Kendall's uncle Joe Finneman on Adventures in Odyssey, passed away. He also starred as Reginald Duffield in a few episodes in the early days of Odyssey. I think we'll miss hearing from Connie's uncle in the future. I'm sure we'll all miss him. I hope that they'll post some information at the Official Site, and I'd like to thank Cheri for e-mailing me with the news.

Friday, November 21, 2002     Clubhouse Info

Be sure to check out the Clubhouse Magazine info at the Official Site because interesting stuff is in store if you've been keeping up with your secret clues each month. To be honest, I haven't been keeping up with it like I should be...

On other note, sorry I went an entire WEEK with out updating... As I've been saying over and over, it's slow lately.

Friday, November 15, 2002     Slow Week

As you may have noticed, things are slow. The typical lull in the off-season months seems even greater this week. I feel guilty because I haven't really been updating like I should. I plan on adding another AIO site to the Links page, but somehow I got lazy. Oops.

For those of you who are still wondering about the Forum Awards 3 (FA3), Jared Walczak is nearly free from his responsibilities and can get the entrees graded soon. After FA3, maybe things will become more exciting around here if Odyssey Talk (OdysseyRadio's successor) ever hits the web... also done by Jared Walczak.

Monday, November 11, 2002     Special Edition 10 CD Pack

I'd like to thank Daniel for submitting the image of the Collector's Edition. What you are seeing is 30 episodes all packed into a special collector's edition of Adventures in Odyssey. What could possibly be better than 30 episodes all on 10 CD's? This is now available from your local Christian bookstore for various prices (prices may vary depending on what store you go to).

On another note, I finally have updated This Week's Schedule (below), and also I have updated the sidebar with new info. So don't forget to read the sidebar!

Saturday, November 9, 2002     Behind-the-Scenes: AIO Mole

If you've been keeping up with AIO Mole, then I'm sure you were upset to find out that the game is over. But it isn't over yet! Head on over to AIO Mole for the next two weeks to find out all the behind-the-scenes information you can get. Jared Walczak has prepared a little look at what went on in the AIO Mole creators' minds and we'll find out the mole's evil plans and schemes. Be sure to check it out soon. Today is the first day. Also there's a spiffy little flash intro you won't want to miss.

Sorry I didn't update this week's schedule below yet. It'll start back up next week. Also somehow one of this week's post was mysteriously removed... I don't know how. It must have been an "oops" on my part. I was in a hurry to update one day and probably erased the post about myself being very busy. You know... the Betsy the Bumblebee one.

Friday, November 8, 2002     Yes, I'm a VeggieTales Fan...

I was very pleased to find out that jonahmovie.com posted a link to my brand-new VeggieTales website! Yes, I too must admit that I am a VeggieTales fan. If you are then you may want to check out Just South of Ninevah, my Jonah: A VeggieTales Movie website. See? I told you I'd release the link eventually.

Oh, and by the way, if you want to see the page that my site is linked to at jonahmovie.com, click here. It's interesting because now some more people will get introduced to the AIO website world, AND Adventures in Odyssey. I conveniently posted a link to this site... over there.

Monday, November 4, 2002     About the Webmaster

Doesn't it seem like the picture of Jacob Isom (me) on the Webmaster page is a bit outdated? Well it is. Can you believe that the picture you see there is two years old? Knowing that, what does Jacob Isom look like now? People have been bugging me to post some updated pictures of myself. Okay everyone! Slow down! I'll try and update the Webmaster section as soon as possible!

On another note, I archived all of October 2002's updates. I wasn't lazy today. I am a bit too lazy to update the Schedule for this week, which I will update later. I'm getting there!

Friday, November 1, 2002     2 Months to Go!

Well, as I have said time over matter, the months are going by so quickly. It's already November and the year is drawing to a close. The Thanksgiving season is already upon us and before we know it, we'll be celebrating New Year's Day again. That also means that we only have about two months until the new season of shows. Actually less waiting is in store because this month for the last two weeks we'll be hearing some new shows. Now there's a sight for sore ears!

Sorry I didn't archive all of October 2002's posts yet... Please forgive my laziness this morning. Yes, even the Scoop's webmaster has a lazy streak in him!
